Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. On-site training is available for businesses and organizations when the location is appropriate for the course being provided.
When possible, we recommend contacting us at least 1–2 weeks in advance. If you need training sooner, please reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines based on instructor availability.
To provide an accurate quote, we’ll need the type of training requested, number of participants, training location, preferred date or deadline, and any special training or documentation requirements.
A deposit is required to reserve your training date. The deposit amount and payment terms will be provided with your quote.
Training may be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
